Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray shared on Wednesday, March 30, the launching of her wax figure at the Madame Tussauds in Singapore, where she is the first Filipino to have a wax figure in the museum.
The wax figure wears a replica of the iconic lava gown made by designer Mak Tumang that looks back on Catriona’s final walk called “LavaWalk,” another trademark of the beauty queen.
“We chose the “final walk” look from @missuniverse sans MU sash and crown, because the interactive concept is to “LavaWalk” with me. Also as the only Filipino in MT Singapore, it brings me so much pride to have the PHILIPPINES sash front and center,” she wrote in the caption.

The beauty queen’s wax figure can be seen at Madame Tussauds Singapore’s TV and films zone until September 2022. It also has an interactive section where visitors can learn how to do Gray’s “lava walk.”
