One of the top drug personalities in Bohol was arrested in a buy-bust conducted by police operatives in Barangay De La Paz, Cortes on Saturday early morning (March 12, 2022).
The suspect was identified as Wendel Rizalado, 43, fisherman, and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay Manga, Tagbilaran City.
Police said Rizalado is a Top Priority high value individual.
A report of the Bohol Police Provincial Office said the suspect negotiated with a poseur-buyer in Purok-8, Barangay De La Paz, Cortes at around 1 a.m., leading to his arrest.
Rizalado yielded sachets of suspected shabu which weighed about 50 grams with an estimated value of P340,000.
