Farmers in Ubay town are now reaping the benefits under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF).
The Department of Agriculture – Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (DA-PhilMech) on Thursday morning turned over some P26,987,500 million worth of farm machinery to the members of farmers’ cooperatives and associations (FCAs).
Around 4,000 plus farmers will benefit from these machineries. Ubay is the granary capital in the province of Bohol.
