The Department of Health (DOH) – Central Visayas said on Sunday that the province of Bohol will receive 20,000 doses of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine doses formulated for children aged 5 to 11.

Dr. Mary Jean Loreche, spokesperson of DOH-7, said the National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19 gave 88,300 reformulated doses of Pfizer vaccine for minors for the region.

Loreche said the vaccine doses would be distributed to different provinces and cities here.

Pfizer allocation for other provinces are Cebu (26,000 doses),
Negros Oriental (20,000 doses), Siquijor (300 doses), Cebu City (6,000 doses), Lapu Lapu City (3,000 doses), Mandaue City (3,000 doses), Talisay City (2,800 doses), Naga City (1,500 doses), Minglanilla (1,500, doses), Consolacion (1,600 doses), Cordova (1,000 doses), Liloan (1,500 doses) and Project Balik Buhay (100 doses).
