The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Bohol arrested an alleged drug pusher in a buy-bust operation on Friday afternoon (Feb. 11) in Tagbilaran City, report said.
Ronald Lopena, 28, jobless, a resident of Barangay Ubujan, was arrested at 5 p. m. after selling sachets of suspected shabu (crstal meth) to a poseur buyer in Barangay (village) Ubujan.
Confiscated from the suspect were 11 sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 5 grams and valued at P34,000.
PDEA said Lopena was under surveillance for two months. He could dispose 50 grams a week in Tagbilaran City and neighboring towns.
Cases for violation of Article II or RA 9165 will be filed against the suspect.
