Former Sikatuna Mayor Tranquilina “Nanie” Tayabas- Maniwang has died.
Maniwang was 71, and most notably served as the first lady mayor of Sikatuna town from 1998 to 2007. She also served as town councilor and vice mayor.
In a report PDEA-Bohol identified the suspects as Ian M. Nistal, 24, jobless, and Peter A. Nisnisan, 51, construction worker.
