BPPO receives 120 augmented PNP personnel

The Bohol Provincial Police Office (BPPO) recieved 120 uniformed men from the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 7.

Col. Osmundo Salibo, provincial director of BPPO, said the additional manpower provided by Police Regional Office 7, led by
Gen. Roque Eduardo Vega.

They will be deployed in Ubay, Bien Unido, Talibon, Getafe, Buenavista, Inabangga, and Pres. Carlos P. Garcia towns.

In addition, the ground forces to be deployed are set to provide retrieval and clearing operations and serve as security on gasoline stations, bank ATM’s, water refilling stations, public markets, and charging stations. The PNP’s range of actions are aimed to prevent crime incidents to those who will take advantage of the situation.

During the deployment briefing, Salibo stated that the PNP will continue to serve the community and people.
