A “ripa” seller filed charges against one of her “admins” at the Tagbilaran City Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 13, Governor Arthur Yap said.
Yap said the “reseller” who was also a victim was the first to submit an instant complaint from among those who sought free legal assistance from the provincial government of Bohol.
The estafa case was filed against Mary Grace Bustillos, one of the identified “admins” of the “ripa” scam in Bohol.
The complainant was assisted in filing charges by lawyer Julius Gregory Delgado from the Provincial Legal Office (PLO).
