Six individuals were injured after they figured in a 3-vehicle accident along a national highway in Sikatuna town at around 8 a.m on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021.
A cargo truck, a motorcycle and a delivery van were involved in the road accident.
Senior Master Sergeant Al-Noel Felicia of Sikatuna Police Station said that based on their initial investigation the motorycle and delivery van were heading to Loboc town while the cargo truck was going to Tagbilaran City when one of the truck’s front tires burst. It went wayward and overlapped the lane of the motorcycle and delivery van.
The cargo truck sideswiped a motorcycle then hit a delivery van full of eggs.
The cargo truck owned by a private company in the province was driven by Ruben Desol. He had an assistant. The delivery van was driven by Artemio Dompor with his two assistants.
All six injured individuals were brought to a hospital.
