While thousands wait for a lifesaving shot, new cases in Bohol province continues to soar upward with horrifying speed.
On Wednesday (June 23), the provincial government of Bohol reported that the island-province has 192 new cases. The total confirmed cases reached 6,157.
The new cases came from Tagbilaran City with 27 residents infected with the virus. There were 19 Calape residents, 13 Trinidad residents, 11 Dimiao residents and 10 Balilihan residents who got the virus.
The official death count reached 72.
