An employee of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in Panglao Hall was arrested in a buy-bust operation at 6 p.m. on Monday night, May 31, 2021 in Barangay Looc, Panglao town.
Panglao Police identified the suspect as Zandy Lacandula Borlasa, 39, a resident of Purok 4, Looc, Panglao and an employee of the local government unit of Panglao.
Confiscated from Borlasa were seven sachets of suspected shabu worth P 34,000.00.
