The provincial capitol of Bohol will be closed for general disinfection on Friday, January 22, 2021, after seven of its workers tested positive for coronavirus disease (Covid-19).
The provincial government said in an advisory Thursday that the thorough disinfection will be conducted the Provincial General Services Office (PGS0) of all offices in the entire capitol building.
All capitol-based employees were advised to follow the work from home arrangement “to prevent exposure to the disinfecting chemicals which likewise pose serious health hazards.”
Regular office operations will resume on Monday, January 25, 2021.
