Super Typhoon Rolly (international name: Goni) has weakened into a typhoon before noon on Sunday ,according to state weather bureau Pagasa.
However, Rolly still poses a threat as Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 4 was raised over 20 areas.
In its 11 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa said the following areas are under TCWS No. 4:
