Two suspected drug personalities were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Dauis town in Bohol province Saturday afternoon (Oct. 9, 2020).
According to Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) – Bohol, Junrey Chinchontic, 31, a resident of Barangay Cogon in Tagbilaran City and a cohort identified as Jimelito Cruda, 36, a resident of Barangay Mayacabac, were arrested at Purok 3 in Barangay Mayacabac at 5:15 p.m.
Both suspects are plea bargainers.
Recovered from the suspects were seven sachets or at least 8 grams of shabu (crystal meth) worth P54,400.
Bongon said Alegre was the main target of the operation.
