At least 24 locally stranded individuals (LSIs) from Manila arrived in Bohol.

At least 24 locally stranded individuals (LSIs) from Manila arrived in Bohol on Tuesday morning, July 28.

These LSIs arrived at 6:40 a.m. on-board the BRP Malapascua (MRRV-4403) of the Philippine Coast Guard,
after which they went through proper screening and health and safety protocols

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) facilitated their transportation under the “Hatid Tulong Program” of the national government.

Upon their arrival, the LSIs were welcomed and assisted by the PCG- Western Bohol under the command of Commander Patrick John Cabasag and the members of the Bohol Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF).

The LSIs were brought to their respective quarantine facilities in towns for the mandatory 14-day quarantine.
