The number of confirmed coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases in Bohol province has reached 81 after a new virus carrier was recorded on Tuesday.
In a virtual presser on Wednesday afternoon, July 29, Dr. Cesar Tomas Lopez said that of the 81 cases, 20 have recovered and three othere have died.
The latest cases were the couple from Catigbian town who had direct contact with the 39-year-old man who was a Covid-19 patient.
The cases are in the following areas:
Tagbilaran City- 6 cases
Catigbian-4 cases
Lila-3 cases
Ubay- 3 cases
Calape – 2 deaths
Tubigon- 2 cases
Danao- 1 death
Inabanga-1 case
Sikatuna- 1 case
Sagbayan-1 case
Alicia – 1 case
Carmen- 1 case
