What birthday celebration can be considered as a person’s worst celebration in his or her life?

Maybe, if one ends up celebrating it inside the jail — just like what happened to 44-year-old Jerome Espejo Madera, an electrician, and a resident of M. Pamaong Street, Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City.

Madera was caught with P13, 600 worth of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation in Purok 4, M. Pamaong Street at 4 p.m., June 11, 2020.

With this, Madera, who turned 45 on Saturday, June 13, celebrated his birthday inside the Tagbilaran City Police Station detention cell instead of spending it with family and friends.
