Employees from a total of 86 companies in Bohol have been initially identified by the Department of Labor and Employment in Region 7 (DOLE-7) who can now expect to receive their financial assistance from the agency.

In an update posted on their Facebook page over the weekend, it showed a list of the companies in the province that they have successfully validated and approved for releasing of the P5,000 financial assistance.

Employees are advised by DOLE-7 to wait for their transaction codes to be sent before going to the accredited money remittance centers to claim it.

The assistance is under DOLE-7’s Covid-19 Adjustment Measures Program (CAMP), which aims to provide a one-time cash assistance to workers who lost their jobs due to the temporary closure of their companies or those that implemented a flexible work agreement because of the effects of the global pandemic to their industries.

In Central Visayas alone, a total of P66,645,000 of funds has been allocated for the 13,329 beneficiaries.

For those who haven’t received yet their financial assistance, DOLE-7 advised them to email or call their Bohol Field Office.

Below is the list of companies and the contact numbers of the Bohol Field Office.
