A cargo vessel from Hong Kong which moored in the waters off Tintinan Island in Ubay town is leaving on Tuesday night.
Seaman 2nd Jess Kevin Cajes, acting assistant substation commander of Philippine Coast Guard (PCG)-Pitogo, said M/V Jin Yue which came from HongKong will depart for Tupay Port in Agusan Del Norte at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10.
He said there were 22 Chinese crew on board the vessel, which was loaded with nickel.
The vessel, according to Cajes, arrived ahead of its schedule after they left Hong Kong early due to the growing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) threat.
