Alex Nale Bongawan has been elected as president of the Rotary Club of Tagbilaran (RTC) for 2020-2021.
Bongawan, a village councilor of Barangay Tawala in Panglao town, became a member of RCT in 2006.
He had been known as a student leader and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints ( LDS).
RCT is part of Zone 1B, R.I. District 3860.
The primary motto of Rotary International is “Service Above Self.” Like any other Rotarian, the members of the Rotary Club of Tagbilaran have pledged themselves to serve the community to make it a better place to live in where peace and harmony prevail.
