The Department of Health (DOH) has confirmed a third positive case of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus Acute Respiratory Disease (2019-nCoV ARD) in the Philippines.

In a live press conference this afternoon by DOH, they said the latest confirmed case was a 60-year-old Chinese female who arrived in Cebu City from Wuhan last January 20l.

DOH says she also went to Bohol.

Currently, DOH is also monitoring 133 patients under investigation (PUI).

Of the total, 115 are currently admitted and isolated. 16 have been discharged under strict monitoring.

In a separate press conference at the Cebu Capitol earlier today, DOH Region 7 (DOH-7) Director Jaime Bernadas said they currently have 29 PUIs in the region.

There is one recorded in Bohol.
