Former Alburquerque town mayor Elpren Charles “Bobec” M. Tungol was arrested by police Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
This was confirmed by Bohol Provincial Police Office head Colonel Jonathan Cabal.
Cabal said mayor Tungol was arrested for alleged possession of illegal firearms.
