The two men were identified a Promar Acebis, 24 of Mabini town, and Gel Susoban, 22, of Alicia town. Both of them are staying at Barangay San Isidro and are working as makers of chicharon (fried pig skin) and chorizo (pork sausage).

According to the accounts of Acebis, the incident happened at past 6 p.m. on Sunday while he, Susoban and their other friends were drinking and enjoying their karaoke session near a gasoline station in Barangay San Isidro.

They had a disagreement that led to a fistfight.

When they decided to go home after the commotion, an unidentified man shot at them.

Acebis sustained a gunshot wound on his back after he was shot twice while Susoban was hit on his right foot.

Both were immediately rushed to the nearest hospital where they are currently recuperating.

Acebis believed that the man who shot them might be one of the group members whom they had a disagreement with at the karaoke bar.
