A man who was considered by police as a high value target was arrested for possessing suspected shabu in Tagbilaran on Thursday dawn.
Personnel from the Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) and Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) of Bohol Provincial Police Office arrested Gerry Luo Lumaad, 31, a resident of Airport side, Barangay Booy, Tagbilaran City.
Lumaad, who was arrested in 2015 for illegal drugs and possession of illegal firearms, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. inside the Cogon Terminal in Cogon District, Tagbilaran City.
Police seized sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P108,800.
