It appeared that the Boholana ‘Darna’ Jane de Leon was among those who shone the brightest at this year’s ABS-CBN Ball.
She received the Belo Beauty on the Rise award, one of the special awards that are handed out annually in the star-studded event.
Belo Medical Group is the leading cosmetic dermatology and surgery in the Philippines.
Other winners were Maymay Entrata and Bea Alonzo.
Entrata and her turtleneck Filipinana gown, which was inspired by the Manila Cathedral, was named the Belo Belle of the Ball, .

The best dressed awards, as chosen by Metro, went to Bea Alonzo, who wore a black, lacey off-shoulder gown, and Richard Gutierrez, a favorite for looking dashing in his Barong Tagalog.
Chienna Filomeno also bagged a recognition after she was awarded as the Ever Bilena Red Carpet Stunner.
