Two men were arrested Wednesday evening in a buy-bust operation in Tagbilaran City.The suspects were identified as Mark Xander Prince Blanco, 35, a resident of Buagsok Street, Cordova in Cebu and Noel Burato, 21, a resident of Purok 8, Calceta Street, Tagbilaran City.Blanco is an alleged street level pusher, while Burato is listed as a newly identified drug pusher.Authorities said they confiscated sachets of shabu, or methamphetamine hydrochloride with an estimated value of P34,600, from the suspects in the operation at 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4, along Graham Avenue in Barangay Booy, Tagbilaran.The suspects denied the allegation.The suspects will be facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
