CEBU CITY- A policeman was shot dead by unidentified men onboard a motorcycle near the Cordova Central School in Barangay Poblacion, Cordova on Thursday morning, June 20, 2019.
Cordova Police identified the victim as Chief Master Sergeant Deogenes Carillo.
Meanwhile, Cebu Provincial Police Office spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Eloveo Marquez said that Carillo was linked to illegal drugs that manifested in a derogatory report and disqualified him from promotion.
