Japan warns citizens of possible attack in Southeast Asia

Japan warned its citizens on Monday against a possible attack in six Southeast Asian countries, urging them to stay away from religious sites.

Bohol 3rd district Representative Alexie Besas-Tutor is among the members of the House of Representatives who voted “Yes” to the Anti-Terrorism Bill. In a statement acquired by Bohol Island News (BIN), Tutor pointed out the Abu Sayaff Group (ASG) encounter back in 2017 as “an eye opener” for her as to what terrorism can do.

Bohol rally calls gov’t to address human rights violations in PH

Farmers group Hugpong sa Mag-uumang Bol-anon (Humabol) led on Tuesday, December 10,  held a rally in Tagbilaran City to protest  “suppression and abuses of human rights” and “fight the Duterte dictatorship, and demand justice for all victims of state terrorism.”
