On the continuing misunderstanding between the motorcycle dealers and the Land Transportation Office (LTO), innocent motorcycle owners have asked local government officials intervention, if only to help resolve the conflict that certainly would deepen the rift between the government agency, the motorcycle dealers and would pit motorists into more inconveniences that ever.
