TAGBILARAN CITY — The City Government of Tagbilaran, through the City Agriculture and Veterinary Office, will hold a two-day free veterinary outreach program on May 30 and 31, 2026, in partnership with Biyaya Animal Care.
City Veterinarian officer-in-charge Dr. Carl Leonard Pradera said the activity aims to promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.
The program will be conducted at Barangay Poblacion I on May 30 and Barangay Poblacion II on May 31, with 100 pets accommodated per venue.
Free services include spaying for female dogs and cats, rabies vaccination, deworming, microchipping, and pet registration.
Pradera said spay and castration services are limited to pre-registered pets, while walk-in clients may still avail of vaccination, deworming, microchipping, and registration services.
