TAGBILARAN CITY — Living up to his legendary surname, Eman Bacosa Pacquiao delivered a dominant performance on Saturday night, Feb. 28, stopping Indonesia’s Reynol Christian Kundimang via technical knockout in the fourth round of their scheduled eight-round lightweight bout.

The supporting main event of PMI Boxing Promotions’ “Kumong Bol-anon 24” unfolded before a roaring crowd at the Bohol Cultural Center here, where the 8-0-1 prospect showcased power and poise beyond his years.

Pacquiao, son of boxing icon Manny Pacquiao, imposed his will early, sending Kundimang to the canvas five times throughout the contest.

The relentless assault culminated at the 2:26 mark of the fourth round, when Pacquiao unleashed a crushing body shot that forced the referee to wave off the fight.

From the opening bell, the young Pacquiao dictated the tempo, mixing sharp combinations with calculated aggression. Kundimang attempted to rally but struggled to withstand the Filipino’s sustained pressure and body attack.

Among those cheering from ringside was actress Jillian Ward, whose presence drew loud reactions from the crowd.

After the bout, Pacquiao acknowledged her support, saying it inspired him to perform at his best.

With the emphatic victory, Pacquiao maintained his unbeaten record and further solidified his standing as one of the country’s promising lightweight prospects.

More than just another win, the performance underscored that the famed Pacquiao boxing pedigree remains alive and thriving in the next generation.
