TAGBILARAN CITY – Businessman and social media personality Willy Ramasola failed to appear at the hearing before the Tagbilaran City Prosecutor’s Office on Tuesday regarding the cyber libel charges filed against him by Bohol Governor Aris Aumentado.
Ramasola’s legal counsel was also absent during the proceedings.
Aumentado has filed multiple counts of cyber libel against Ramasola over alleged malicious and defamatory attacks posted on social media.
Ramasola has yet to issue his statement on the matter.
