Guinacot National High School in Guindulman held its Summer Academic Remedial Program (Sarp) culmination on June 6 at the school’s covered court.

Sarp, a Department of Education initiative, ran from May 13 to June 6. It aimed to address learning gaps in reading and numeracy and prepare students for the next school year.

The culmination program featured student-led performances, reflections, and messages of encouragement. Certificates were awarded to participating learners and teacher-volunteers. School Principal Dr. Nestor T. Bernadas and teacher-volunteer Dr. Ronald T. Salada led the program.

The success of Sarp was made possible through the support of school staff, parents, volunteers, and stakeholders, showing the community’s shared commitment to education.
