John Virgel “Valiente” Vitor defended his WBO Oriental junior lightweight title
against Korean Kwan Dong Lee during the main event of “Kumong Bol-anon 8” held in Calape town on Thursday night, December 8, 2022.
Vitor, 25, dropped Lee late in the first round and then finished him brutally at 1:24 of the second.
Their duel banners a 12-bout fight card was promoted by PMI Bohol Boxing Stable.
His knockout victory would further elevate his status in the junior lightweight or super featherweight division.
Vitor sports a record of 19 wins with 12 knockouts, with two defeats, and rides on a six-fight winning streak.
Meanwhile, Lee has a record of 16 wins with seven knockouts, two losses, and two draws.
