Carmen Police Station will have a new two-story building soon.
Police Major General Ronaldo Olay, director of the Directorate for Logistics at the Philippine National Police (PNP), represented PNP chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. during the kick-off ceremony for the construction of Carmen Police Station Building on Friday, Oct. 14.
In his message, Olay thanked the local officials for their untiring support to the local police force by donating a lot and providing assistance for the construction of the new PNP building.
He said the construction of the new building will not only boost the morale of the police, but also improve the dignity of each police officer to act and perform their duties.

“The construction of soon to be the new Carmen Police station exemplifies the PNP’s desire to effectively reserve peace and order in the community by upholding the rule of law and recognizing the needs to ensure operational readiness and capacity by improving the facilities, services and other features including physical development thru infrastructure projects,” Olay read the message of Azurin.
Mayor Che Toribio-delos Reyes assured the Carmen Municipal Police Station of her unrelenting support.

“This proposed modern PNP Building will be used to cater the needs of our constituents. This will bolster the morale of our policemen and further empower them towards maintaing the peace and order of our town,” said Delos Reyes.

Osmundo Salibo, director of the Bohol Provincial Police Office; Napolcom provincial supervisor Atty. Peter Elizalde, Major Sam Dacullo, chief of police of Carmen; Major Jason Torino, battion executive officer of 47IB; board member Nathaniel Binlod, Carmen Vice Mayor Romeo Bigay Jr, Sangguniang Bayan members and barangay captains.
