A man who is allegedly a drug den maintainer and his two “visitors” were arrested on Thursday night, May 12, 2022, in barangay Cogon in Tagbilaran City with P47,600 worth of suspected “shabu” (meth).
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Central Visayas (PDEA-7), identified these three arrested individuals as Bogart P. Rivera, 35, a carnival crew, Alvin M. Simpson, 20, a mechanic, and John Marlon B. Agua, 26, a pet shop staff.
Confiscated during the operation were seven (7) packs of suspected shabu weighing around 7 grams with an estimated market value of P47,600, buy-bust money, one (1) cellular phone, cash amounting to P100, and various drug paraphernalia
Cases for violation of Article II of RA9165 will be filed against the suspects.
