Comedienne Mahal (Noemi Tesorero in real life) has passed away Tuesday, Aug. 31. She was 46.
Her death was confirmed by her sister Irene Tesorero and showbiz friends.
“Ang aming kapatid na si mahal ay pumanaw na. Wala pa schedule sa kanyang burol due to COVID restriction,” Irene said in her Facebook post.
She may be vertically-challenged, but that didn’t mean she can’t think big. She started her career on GMA 7’s Lunch Date hosted by Randy Santiago. In 1990, she appeared in Last Two Minutes. She appeared in Oh My God.. Ang Anak ni Janice and Small But Terrible in 1991. “Mr. Suave: Hoy! Hoy! Hoy! Hoy! Hoy! Hoy!”in 2003.
She had some gigs at comedy bars in Manila and a freelance artist from ABS-CBN, TV5 and GMA7.
She was last seen in GMA’s “Owe My Love.”
Two weeks ago, Mahal and her beau Mygz Molina visited her screen partner Mura (Alan Padua) in Bicol province.
