More than 1,000 residents are infected with Covid-19, a record for active virus cases in the province.
With 97 new cases reported on Friday, there have been 4, 906 confirmed Covid-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic.
As Covid-19 spreads in the province, Tagbilaran has recorded 36 new cases on Saturday, followed by 11 new cases in Corella town and eight new cases in Sierra Bullones and Baclayon towns.
Even if Bohol gets the same number of vaccines in the next seven months, Bohol is still at least a million doses short of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) vaccines to get to the goal of attaining herd immunity in Bohol.Â
