Dr. Yul Lopez, spokesman of the Bohol Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF), announced on Thursday afternoon 303 active cases of Covid-19 in Bohol–299 of these are due to local transmission.
This brings the total number of Bohol cases to 1,845. There were 1,511 recovered and 32 died of the infection.
Lopez said two deaths were reported— residents of Tubigon and Dampas, Tagbilaran City.
They died while being admitted at Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital, he added.
The fatalities, he said, had comorbidities.
Lopez asked residents to follow basic health protocols.
