The province of Bohol posted two more deaths related to the coronavirus disease (Covid-19), that brought the number of fatalities to 22.
Dr. Yul Lopez of the Bohol Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF) said a 60-year-old female, who had pneumonia and diabetes, and a 61-year-old male succumbed to the dreaded disease in Ubay town in February.
The female patient died while being admitted at Don Emilio Del Valle Memorial Hospital.
The male patient, on the other hand, collapsed at the Ubay pier. He was brought to Don Emilio Del Valle Memorial Hospital but he was declared dead on arrival by the doctor. A swab test was conducted and confirmed the patient was Covid-19 positive.
The province now has a total of 1,085 confirmed cases– 91 active cases, 972 recoveries, and 2 deaths.
