Authorities have seized a firearm and 15 grams of suspected shabu during an operation in Panglao town on Monday afternoon, Feb. 1, 2021.
Panglao Police identified the target of the operation as Bernardo Suralta Cariño Jr. , 51, a resident of Barangay Tangnan.
Armed with search and arrest warrants issued by a local court, Panglao Police Drugs Enforcement Team launched the operation at 8:30 a. m.
Confiscated during the operation were 15 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P102,000, a revolver and five live ammunitions.
Cariño was detained at the Panglao Police detention facility.
