Authorities arrested a 54- year-old man wanted for rape on Tuesday afternoon, January 12, 2021 in Bilar town.
Suspect Jovito Digamo, 54, a resident of Barangay Cabacnitan in Bilar town, was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant for rape by Bilar Police and 702nd Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 7 ( RMFB7) personnel.
The operatives served to Digamo the warrant issued by Judge Sisinio Virtudazo, presiding judge Regional Trial Court Branch 51 in Carmen for five counts of rape.
No bail was recommended.
