The local government of Loboc has temporarily closed Loboc river cruise, a tourist destination in Bohol, for a month to prevent the spread of the dreaded coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

Loboc Mayor Leon Calipusan signed the executive order for the temporary closure of the floating restaurants in the Loboc Tourism Complex as well as the zipline operations in the Loboc Eco-Adventure Park to prevent possible human-to-human transmission of the virus.

The closure of the tourist spots in the locality for both domestic and foreign tourists would start on March 16 and would end on April 16.
