Maambong Spring in Garcia Hernandez closed to tourists over COVID-19 threat

The Maambong Spring Resort in Barangay Calma in Garcia Hernandez town is temporarily closed to tourists amid the global coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

It was closed last March 13, 2020.

The LGU-run resort collects P30 (adult) and P10 (children under 12 years old) for entrance.

A favorite summer destination, it has swimming pools for adults and children perfect for family and barkada bonding.

Meanwhile, Bohol will be placed on “community quarantine” on March 16 to 20, 2020 to contain the spread of the COVID-19 in the country.

Visitors who are coming to Bohol on March 16-20, 2020 will not be welcomed in Bohol.

“We need undivided attention that is the reason why we are not accepting any visitors because we have to focus we want to prepare for the worse,” Gov. Art Yap said.
