Boat trips were still cancelled on Tuesday, Dec. 24 at Tagbilaran Port due to tropical storm Ursula.

According to Lt. Jr. Grade Michael John Encina, spokesman of the Philippine Coast Guard in Central Visayas (PCG-7), trip bound for Cebu City are the ones not allowed to sail.

Other passengers opted to have their tickets refunded or rebooked because of this.

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in Bohol said there were only 8 stranded passengers in Tagbilaran Port since some went home after learning that trips were cancelled today.

Only trips from Tagbilaran to Larena, Siquijor and Plaridel were allowed to sail on Tuesday morning.

Encina said even a boat from Tagbilaran port bound for Argao Port in Cebu was allowed to set sail last night.

No typhoon signal was hoisted over southern Cebu yet.
