Typhoon Tisoy (international name Kammuri) made a landfall in Gubat, Sorsogon, at 11 p.m. on Monday, December 2.

In a bulletin issued 11 p.m. on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tisoy is now in the vicinity of Sorsogon.

The typhoon is moving west at 15 kilometers per hour (km/h).

It still has maximum winds of 175 km/h and gustiness of up to 240 km/h.

Storm Signal No. 1 is still up over Bohol province and the rest of Central Visayas.
