Authorities are still investigating the case of a 60-year-old man after he reportedly died with a stab wound on his stomach inside an X-ray room in a private hospital in Valencia town, Bohol.
A seven inches knife was found stuck on the stomach of the radiologic technologist.
Another hospital staff was the one who discovered him at 8:45 a.m. on Friday drenched in a pool of blood.
Police are still determining whether the victim did this to himself or there was foul play involved.
They have suggested to the family to have the body of the man undergo an autopsy.
