Police arrested two men in a buy-bust operation in Tagbilaran City on Monday afternoon and seized from them sachets of suspected shabu worth P68,000.
The Tagbilaran City Police identified the suspects as cousins Nilo Redondo, 39, and Renmark Redondo, 21, both residents of Purok 3, Redondo Street in Barangay Manga, Tagbilaran.
An undercover police officer bought shabu from the suspects at Purok 5 in Barangay Booy, Tagbilaran at 5 p.m. on September 16.
Police then arrested the suspects and brought them to Tagbilaran City Police Station pending the filing of a case against them for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
