However, because being unvaccinated makes them a liability in the workplace, Governor Arthur Yap has issued Executive Order Number 56, series of 2021, requiring establishments and employers in the public and private sector to have their workers who are working on site and rendering face to face front line operations and who eligible for the vaccines, to be vaccinated against coronavirus disease (Covid-19).
