Bohol Governor Art Yap on Thursday commended SN1 Ralph Barajan of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) for his gallantry and exemplary display of genuine service to the nation by saving the lives of the passengers and crew of the capsized M/V Siargao Princess last November 7, 2019.
